coffees.
~Taste

coffee processed with the pulped method. This lot has been
cupped many times and it's very nice in espresso blends and
also as drip coffee! It has all the classic qualities of a

low acidity, nutty, and overall balanced taste.
2. Costa Rica SHB (500gr)
Coffee of Costa Rica can be described as balanced, clean, and
mild. Good coffees of this region have high notes of bright
citrus or berry-like flavors in the acidity ...and in the best
cups they fade into chocolate or spice flavors in the
aftertaste... Acidity is one of the key characteristics, mainly
because of the high-altitudes.

~Taste
FreshCoffeeShop brings you a delicious Costa
Rica coffee with bright citrus-berry tones, high acidity,
clean taste and mild body. It is purely SHB which means
strictly hard beans, grown in high elevations. It is
processed with the washed method. This coffee is great as
drip coffee because of its clean taste and full flavor but
it can also be used in small quantities in espresso blends
to provide high scent notes, and a lively acidity!
3. Colombia Supremo (500gr)
The standard Colombia coffees exported by the Coffee
Federation are distinguished by grade only. Supremo is the
highest grade (17+), Extra second. The two are often combined into
a more comprehensive grade called Excelso.
~Taste

Colombian coffee! Colombia Supremo. It has medium to full body,
medium acidity, floral-fruity-citrus aroma, and an overall balanced
taste profile which makes it perfect as drip coffee and also
as base for your espresso blends!
4. Guatemala Antigua (500gr)
The highlands of Guatemala produce several of the world's
finest and most distinctive coffees. The most famous region is
the beautiful colonial city Guatemala Antigua. Coffees of
Antigua combine aroma notes of smoke, spice, flowers,
occasionally chocolate with acidity ranging from gently bright
to austerely powerful. Most Guatemala coffee is grown in shade,
ranging from rigorously managed shade on large farms to the
serendipitous thickets of small growers.

~Taste
Guatemala Antigua blends fantastically in
espresso blends, providing them with higher notes of
intense cocoa and spices aroma, medium body and some lively
acidity! Combine a Brazil or Colombia coffee with a
Guatemala Antigua to create a basic but nevertheless
delicious espresso blend!
