Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. In the forests of the Kaffa region coffee Arabica grew wild. Ethiopian coffees are available from some regions as dry-processed, from others as washed, and from Sidamo as both. The difference between the dry-processed and the washed is quite big. Washed Sidamo, Yirgacheffe and Limmu have lighter body, and less earthy - wild tastes.

Ethiopia Limu is a washed processed coffee with light-medium body, medium-high acidity, smooth taste and citrus-vanilla aroma notes. It is by all means a characteristic washed Ethiopian coffee! It can be used as drip and also in espresso blends to provide aroma and lively acidity!
